Victim: Elizabeth Lillian Marek

Elizabeth Lillian Marek Born February 17, 1958, Elizabeth (Liz) Lillian Marek was an actress and musician actively involved with peace movements such as the Great Peace March. She often worked as stage manager or director for a variety of peace organizations and she was in a singing group called the Wild Wimmin for Peace. Liz had taken a spontaneous trip to London with William (Bill) Mack, who was also killed. She was survived by her parents Adelaide and Bill, three sisters and two brothers. Her father died of a heart attack five months after the bombing.

The program for Liz's funeral took the form of a playbill. It read "A new play, based on the life and times of Elizabeth Marek. The action takes place nonstop. There is no beginning. There is no end."
