Victim: Kesha Weedon

Kesha Weedon Kesha Weedon was a junior in the School of Social Work at Syracuse University. The tragedy that ended her life also ended the life of her boyfriend, Timothy Johnson, who had traveled to London two weeks prior to visit with her before her return home from a semester of study with the University's DIPA Program. Kesha, born October 2, 1968, grew up in the Bronx and was survived by her parents Lee Weedon and Barbara Matthews.

Kesha loved kids and had discovered her career during high school when she worked at a day-care center. While in London she worked in a nursery. She also had a love for music and she had played the violin since the second grade. One of the high points of her London trip was being able to meet the American gospel singer LaVine Hudson.
