Victim: Nicholas Bright
Nicholas Bright of Brookline, Massachusetts was returning home from a business trip to London where he had traveled as a manager for the consulting firm of Bain and Co. of Boston. He was delayed by business and was originally scheduled on an earlier flight.
Nick was the ninth of ten children. He graduated from the Holderness School in Plymouth, New Hampshire in 1975, and then received a degree in economics and sociology from Bowdoin College in 1979 where he graduated cum laude. He received his MBS from Harvard Business School.
Nick was an avid outdoorsman and family man. He was described by business associates as someone who brought to his work, without artifice or pretense, his values as a human being. He was survived by his wife Eleanor and his son Nicholas, as well as his parents and siblings.
